01 Overview

Ticketsolve is a ticketing platform used by theatres, arts venues and museums and their box offices across the UK and Europe. It has two sides: Ticketbooth, where audiences discover and book, and Ticket Office, where venues run everything behind the scenes. I work with them as an ongoing design partner.

The platform

Two surfaces. Ticketbooth is the audience booking experience. Ticket Office is the venue admin and box office.

The problem

Building the relationship between the event goer and the venue. Getting the two sides to actually connect, from the first browse to a lasting membership.

My role

An ongoing, embedded designer working inside Ticketsolve's own product and design system. Not one project, a steady stream of features.

02 Selected work

Selected work across both surfaces.

A · Shows, Events, Box Office

Where audiences discover what's on and book their tickets, and where venues run sales, seating, and the day to day.

B · Automations & Campaigns

The tools venues use to reach audiences at scale, from bulk SMS to marketing email and automated outreach.

C · Donations & Memberships

Giving and membership, from one-off donations to annual passes and recurring support.

D · Projects

Larger, cross-cutting work that touches both sides of the platform, like fees, compliance, and protection.
